Survy the implementation status of the health system plan in the hospitals of Yasuj city

Abstract
Background and purpose: The health system transformation plan is a plan to improve health care systems in Iran, which started on May 15, 2014 in the hospitals of the Ministry of Health. This plan was implemented with the approach of creating transformation in the health system and with the three goals of financial protection of the people, creating justice in access to health services and improving the quality of services. Since the health sector is often affected by the factors and components that are related to the functioning of all the country's development sectors, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the implementation status of the health system plan in the hospitals of Yasu city.
Research method: The statistical population of this descriptive study was 458 patients in Shahid Rajaei Hospital 150, Imam Sajjad Hospital 300 and Shahid Beheshti Hospital 380 patients. All the subjects completed the questionnaire of health system design and quality of medical services. One-sample t-test was used to analyze the statistical findings. All statistical operations were performed using SPSS 26 software.
Findings: The results of the research showed that the health system implementation status of Shahid Beheshti Hospital, Imam Sajjad Hospital and Shahid Rajaei Hospital in Yasuj city is favorable. These findings indicate that the health system plan in Yasouj city has been properly and correctly implemented.
Conclusion: considering that the investigated indicators in most of the hospitals have been recently implemented, it seems that the continuation, evaluation and continuous improvement of this plan can lead to the improvement of the performance indicators of the hospitals. Therefore, the programs of hospitals in Yasouj city should be developed in such a way that the amount of payment for patients is reduced, more support is given to the longevity of doctors in deprived areas, the quality of hoteling in hospitals is improved, and the presence of resident specialist doctors in government hospitals is used more.
