ارتباط شفقت به خود، تاب‌آوری و دشواری تنظیم هیجانی با شکایات روان تنی در دانشجویان پزشکی

زمینه و هدف: شکایات روان تنی علایمی هستند که در بدن انسان نمود پیدا می‌کنند، ولی ریشه در فرآیندهای روانشناختی انسان‌ها دارند. لذا هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط شفقت به خود، تاب‌آوری و دشواری تنظیم هیجانی با شکایات روان‌تنی در دانشجویان پزشکی  بود.

روش بررسی:  این یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی می‌باشد که جامعه آماری دانشجویان پزشکی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یاسوج شاغل به تحصیل در سال 1398ـ1397 بودند که تعداد 267 نفر به صورت در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. پرسشنامه شفقت به خود نف و همکاران، مقیاس تاب‌آوری کونور و دیویدسون، مقیاس اولیه دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی گرتز و روئمر و مقیاس شکایات روان تنی تاکاتا و ساکاتا برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک راهه و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار علایم روان تنی در بین دانشجویان30/14 ±14/27 بود. میزان شکایات روان تنی با شفقت به خود و تاب‌آوری رابطه معکوس و معنی‌دار(41/0=r  و 28/0-= r  و 01/0p<) و با دشواری در تنظیم هیجان‌ها رابطه مستقیم معنی‌داری داشت(51/0=r  و 01/0p<).
 
نتیجه‌گیری: سه متغیر شفقت به خود، تاب‌آوری و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با شدت علایم روان‌تنی همبستگی متوسط دارند و در این میان بیشترین میزان همبستگی مربوط به متغیر دشواری در تنظیم هیجان بود. پیشنهاد می‌شود آموزش دانشجویان پزشکی جهت افزایش شفقت به خود، تاب‌آوری و یادگیری مهارت‌های مدیریت هیجان انجام شود.
