Protective effects of weath germ On the CA1 Pyramidal Cells in Granular Layer and Dental Gyrus thickness of Hippocampus in exposed lead Rat

Background: In children, the toxic effect of low dose of lead could impose the several disorder includes of impaired ability, reduced the hearing and vision and destruction of gray cell in cerebellum and brain’s hippocampus. In the other side treatment with herbal medicine like wheat germ which is rich in vitamins E, thiamine, zinc, phenolic acids, alkylorisurcinols, aminophenol and amino benzoic acids can be consideredlead-induced impairments<span lang="EN" new="" "times="" roman";="" major-bidi;="" times="" en;"=""> in the hippocampus, which depends on the dose of administration.
