ارزیابی تأثیر ژل ترکیبی هلپه ـ آلوئه‌ورا بر بهبود زخم اپیزیوتومی، شدت درد و رضایت زنان نخست‌زا در مقایسه با پلاسبو: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده یک سوکور

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت کاهش درد و بهبودی اپی زیاتومی و بازگشت سریعتر مادران به فعالیتهای روزانه و عدم مطالعه موجود در زمینه تأثیر ژل ترکیبی ژل ترکیبی هلپه ـ آلوئه‌ورا متعاقب اپیزیاتومی، لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و ارزیابی تأثیر ژل ترکیبی           هلپه ـ آلوئه‌ورا بر بهبود زخم اپیزیاتومی، شدت درد و رضایت زنان نخست‌زا در مقایسه با پلاسبو بود.


روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده یک سوکور می‌باشد که بر روی 100 شرکت کننده در بیمارستان خلیج فارس بندرعباس انجام شد. ژل ترکیبی هلپه ـ آلوئه‌ورا یا ژل پلاسبو دو بار در محل زخم اپیزیاتومی به مدت 10 روز به ترتیب در گروه مداخله و کنترل تجویز شد. متغیرهای پیامد شامل درد و بهبود زخم با مقیاس ریدا(میزان قرمزی، ادم، اکیموز، ترشحات و نزدیکی لبه‌های زخم اپیزیاتومی رضایت بیماران وارزیابی عوارض جانبی بود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری مجذور کای، تی‌تست تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که دو گروه از نظر نمره ریدا در ساعت‌های روز چهارم و دهم پس از زایمان تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری داشتند(05/0p<). گروه ژل ترکیبی هلپه ـ آلوئه‌ورا نسبت به پلاسبو در طول زمان، بهبود زخم بهتری داشتند. هم‌چنین، در موضوع درد، امتیاز آماری معنی‌داری پایین‌تری در گروه ژل ترکیبی هلپه ـ آلوئه‌ورا در روز چهارم (34/1±80/5 در مقابل 42/1±79/6) و دهم (88/0±71/1 در مقابل 91/0±58/2) بعد از زایمان نسبت به پلاسبو گزارش شد(05/0p<). نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که رضایت بیمار در روز چهارم(17/1±45/3 در مقابل 37/1±42/5) و دهم (57/0±33/1 در مقابل 21/1±50/2) پس از زایمان به ‌طور معنی‌داری در مقایسه با پلاسبو بهتر بود(05/0>p).

نتیجه‌گیری: یافتههای این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که ژل ترکیبی هلپه ـ آلوئه‌ورا باعث بهبود زخم اپیزیاتومی ، رضایت بهتر بیماران و شدت درد کمتر در مقایسه با پلاسبو می‌شود.
