fa تأثیر بازسازی شناختی بر کاهش مشکلات جنسی و افزایش رضایت جنسی زوجین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: اطلاعات ناکافی یا غلط، افکار و اعتقادات ناسازگارانه در خصوص مسایل جنسی و اضطراب از علل شایع مشکلات جنسی است. درمان این مشکلات و آموزش‌های صحیح می‌تواند زوجین را به رابطه زناشویی مطلوب برساند. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی میزان اثربخشی آموزش بازسازی شناختی جنسی بر کاهش مشکلات جنسی و رضایت جنسی زوج ها در شهر اصفهان بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون‌ـ پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل از بین والدین دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع ابتدایی شهر اصفهان 120 زوج انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه وارد شدند . ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های مشکلات جنسی هوپر و رضایت جنسی لارسون و تعداد ده جلسه دو ساعته آموزش بازسازی شناختی جنسی، برای گروه آزمایش بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌ آماری تحلیل کواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: آموزش بازسازی شناختی جنسی بر کاهش نمره کل مشکلات جنسی زوجین و تمام ابعاد آن، هم‌چنین بر افزایش رضایت جنسی زوج‌ها مؤثر بود(05/0 p<). نتیجه‌‌گیری: با توجه به این که علت بسیاری از آشفتگی‌های روانی و ناسازگاری‌های زناشویی ناشی از عدم رضایت‌مندی جنسی است ، با آموزش صحیح و تغییرات شناختی در افراد می‌توان به استحکام بنیان خانواده کمک کرد. Background & aim: Inadequate or incorrect information, thoughts and maladaptive beliefs about sex and anxiety is a common cause of sexual problems. These problems can be treated properly by proper training so that the couples could reach desirable marital relationship.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sexual cognitive restructuring education on reducing sexual problems and sexual satisfaction of couples in Isfahan, Iran. Methods: In the present experimental study, the pretest-posttest with control group, 120 parents of elementary school students in Isfahan were chosen and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The research instruments were Hooper sexual problems and Larson sexual satisfaction questionnaires, and ten sessions, two hours each, were held in order to educate sexual cognitive restructuring for the experimental group, but no intervention for control group was held. Data were analyzed using covariance test. Results: sexual training cognitive restructuring reduced the total number of sexual problems and all its aspects and also was effective in increasing sexual satisfaction of couples (P <0.05).
