fa مقایسه عملکرد شناختی افراد مبتلا به اعتیاد و افراد عادی در آزمون هوش وکسلر بزرگسالان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: از مهم‌ترین عوارض ناشی از مصرف مواد مخدر تأثیرات عمیق بر مغز و کارکردهای آن است. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه عملکرد شناختی بیماران مبتلا به اعتیاد و افراد عادی در آزمون هوشی وکسلر بزرگسالان بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه علی‌ـ مقایسه‌ای 50 بیمار مبتلا به اعتیاد و 50 فرد سالم به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از آزمون هوش وکسلر بزرگسالان ارزیابی شدند. داده‌ها با آزمون‌ آماری تی مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: در تمام خرده آزمون‌‌های عملی و کلامی به استثنای حافظه عملکرد گروه بیمار به طور معنی‌داری پایین‌تر از گروه سالم بود(05/0p<). میانگین و انحراف‌معیار نمره بهره هوش عملی، کلامی ‌و کل نمره افراد گروه سالم به ترتیب؛ 38/85±56/7، 56/7±38/39 و 51/9±18/83 و در گروه بیمار به ترتیب؛ 91/6±54/76، 9/6±22/32 ، 6/7±66/75 بود(001/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، می‌توان گفت مصرف مواد مخدر باعث کاهش شدید و معنی دار عملکرد شناختی افراد می‌شود. واژه های کلیدی: اعتیاد، مواد مخدر، عملکرد شناختی، آزمون وکسلر Abstract Background and aims: One of the most important sides affects effects of substance abuse and dependency is brain dysfunction, especially abnormality in cognitive activities. This study was established conducted to compare the functions of patients with substance dependency with normal populationpeople. Methods: In this study, 50 patients with substance dependency were selected, using easy sampling method and same amountnumber of people were selected as the control group, using neighborhood area sampling. The WAIS scale was used for assessingment the functions of both groups in cognitive activities. The data were analyzed, using SSPS SPSS statistical software, version 17. Results: In all of the WAIS subscales (only Digit span), functions of the patient group were significantly less than the normal group. The means and standard deviations of verbal, performance and total IQs in of the normal group were 39./38±7/56, 85./38±8./38, 83./18±9./51 respectively and 32./22±6./91, 76./54±6./91 and 75./66±7./6 in the patients group. Conclusion : The results showed that dependency to substance could affect the function of patients in cognitive performances.
