fa عملکرد پرسنل اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر یاسوج در خصوص رعایت موازین کنترل عفونت در سال1388 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه و هدف: عفونت محل زخم جراحی یکی از عفونت‌های شایع بیمارستانی است. اعضای تیم جراحی که در هنگام عمل با بافت‌های محل جراحی تماس دارند، با رعایت موازین کنترل عفونت در اتاق عمل نقش عمده‌ای در پیشگیری و کنترل این عفونت‌ها دارند. پژوهش حاضر به ‌منظور تعیین عملکرد پرسنل اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت موازین کنترل عفونت در اتاق‌های عمل بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر یاسوج انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی‌ ـ تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است که در سال 1388 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یاسوج انجام شد. تعداد 42 نفر از پرسنل اتاق عمل در این مطالعه شرکت داشتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها چک لیستی بود که به وسیله آن عملکرد آنها در خصوص رعایت موازین کنترل عفونت در سه نوبت از طریق مشاهده نامحسوس ثبت می‌شد و با توجه به میزان امتیاز کسب‌ شده هر کدام از پرسنل، عملکرد آنها در چهار سطح ؛ خیلی ضعیف، ضعیف، متوسط و خوب طبقه‌بندی شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نزم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های آماری مجذور کای و تست دقیق فیشر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان ‌داد عملکرد افراد مورد پژوهش درخصوص رعایت ‌موازین کنترل ‌عفونت در اتاق‌های‌ عمل مراکز آموزشی و درمانی یاسوج متوسط بود. نتیجه گیری : نتایج پژوهش بیان‌گر این مطلب است که افراد مورد مطالعه، برخی از موازین کنترل عفونت را در اتاق عمل رعایت نمی‌کنند، لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود با استفاده از آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت، فعال‌تر نمودن کمیته‌های کنترل عفونت در اتاق عمل و اعمال مکانیسم‌های نظارتی و هم‌چنین با استفاده از مواد آنتی‌سپتیک جدید جهت اسکراب جراحی، روش‌های جدید اسکراب را جایگزین شیوه‌های رایج و سنتی نمایند. Introduction & Objective: Surgical wound infection is one of the common nosocomial infections. During operation, members of the surgical team which are in contact with the tissue incision should observe the standards of infection control in the operating room since it has a great role in prevention and control of these infections. The present study aimed to determine the performance of the operating room personnel in observing the standards of infection control in educational hospitals of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences in 2009. Materials & Methods: Forty two operating room personnel participated in this cross-sectional analytic-descriptive study. A check list was used for unnoticeably collecting the data about the performance of personnel in respect of infection control standards at three different times. Their performances were classified into four levels (very weak, weak, moderate and good) and the results were shown as absolute and relative frequency distribution. Data were analyzed using Chi-square and Fischer exact test by the SPSS software. Results: Performance of personnel in following the standards of infection control in this study was moderate. Conclusion: The results indicate that the participants of the study do not follow some of the standards of infection control in the operating rooms.
