fa تأثیر نور تشدید یافته پالسی سرد(CIPL) بر موزدایی ناحیه چانه در زنان هیرسوتیسم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: از روش‌های متفاوتی برای موزدایی موهای زاید در پر مویی یا هیرسوتیسم استفاده می‌شود. یکی از جدیدترین شیوه‌ها، استفاده از سیستم نور تشدید یافته پالسی سرد است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین تأثیر نور تشدید یافته پالسی سرد بر موزدایی ناحیه چانه در زنان مبتلا به هیرسوتیسم است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مداخله‌ای تعداد 30 نفر از زنان مبتلا به هیرسوتیسم مراجعه کننده به کلینیک تخصصی پوست در یاسوج شرکت داشتند. نمونه‌ها به مدت 6 ماه و هر ماه یک جلسه تحت درمان با سیستم نور تشدید یافته پالسی سرد قرار گرفتند. اثر درمان از طریق شمارش تعداد موهای ناحیه چانه به صورت قبل و بعد از مداخله ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری تی زوجی، تی مستقل و آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: مدت زمان ابتلاء زنان شرکت کننده در مطالعه به هیرسوتیسم بین 15ـ1 سال بود. میانگین تعداد موها قبل از لیزر درمانی 2/22±2/288 تار و بعد از لیزر درمانی 8/43 ±3/56 تار بوده است که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین قبل و بعد از مداخله مشاهده شد(001 /0=p). هم‌چنین هیچ کدام از شرکت کنندگان عارضه خاصی را گزارش نکرده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد، استفاده کوتاه مدت از نور تشدید یافته پالسی سرد در از بین بردن هیرسوتیسم ناحیه چانه به میزان 80 درصد مؤثر است. واژه های کلیدی: هیرسوتیسم، نور تشدید یافته پالسی سرد، موزدایی Abstract Background & aim: Hirsutism can esthetically cause significant psychosocial consequences in hirsute women. Different methods, so far, have been applied for hair removal, and the Cool Intense Pulsed Light (CIPL) system is one of them. The aim of this study was to determine the effect and side effects of the CIPL method on removing the hairs of the chin area in hirsute women. Methods: This is a interventional study in which 30 women suffering from hirsutism referred to a dermatologist's clinic in Yasuj, Iran were participated during 2009-2010. A convenience sampling method was used for data collection. Subjects underwent the Cool Intense Pulsed Light method over 6 months, one session per month . To compare the effect of the applied intervention, number of hair on the chin area were compared before and after the intervention Collected data were analyzed by the SPSS software using descriptive and analytic statistics such as t-test, paired t-test and ANOVA, considering α=0.05. Results: The duration of affliction with hirsutism was 1-15 year. The mean number of hairs of the chin area before and after the intervention were 288.2± 229.2 and 56.4± 43.8 respectively. Paired T-test analysis revealed that the difference is significant (p=0.001). None of the participants reported any specific problems related to the applied intervention. Conclusion: treatment efficacy of CIPL for hirsutism was 80 percent. However, we suggest further studies to confirm these findings.
