fa مقایسه اثر رادیوفرکوئنسی در برابر استفاده از کوتری Bipolar در تانسیلکتومی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: تانسیلکتومی‌پروسه جراحی شایعی است که درد و ناراحتی پس از عمل در آن زیاد است. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه اثر رادیوفرکوئنسی در برابر استفاده از کوتری Bipolar در تانسیلکتومی ‌بود. روش بررسی: دراین مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تعداد 30 بیمار بالای 10 سال که کاندید عمل تانسیلکتومی‌بودند، انتخاب شدند. لوزه‌های سمت راست به روش رادیوفرکوئنسی و لوزه‌های سمت چپ به روش Bipolar تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفتند. بیماران از لحاظ درد، خونریزی، مدت زمان عمل و سختی عمل ارزیابی شدند. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل و دانشجویی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: میانگین حجم خونریزی در دو روش تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت(05/0p>). از لحاظ مدت زمان عمل و سختی عمل به وسیله جراح اختلاف معنی‌داری یافت شد(05/0p<). هم‌چنین میانگین شدت درد بیماران در روش رادیوفرکوئنسی در روزهای مختلف بعد از عمل به طور معنی داری کمتر از روش کوتری Bipolar بود(05/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: روند کاهش درد و افزایش بهبود در گروه تحت رادیوفرکوئنسی مطلوب‌تر از روش جراحی با استفاده از کوتری Bipolar در عمل تانسیلکتومی‌است. واژه‌های کلیدی: تانسیلکتومی، رادیوفرکوئنسی، درد، خونریزی Abstract Background & aim: Tonsillectomy as one of the most prevalent surgical operations in otolaryngology is followed by great pain and absences from school and work in most patients. The aim of the present study was a comparison of radiofrequency bipolar cautery in tonsillectomy use. Methods: This clinical trial study was conducted on 33 patients older than 10 years-old candidate for tonsillectomy. Radiofrequency and Bipolar techniques were performed on the right and left tonsils of each studied patient, respectively. Data on pain, bleeding, operation duration and hardness was collected and analyzed by SPSS software, version 15. P-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Bleeding volume did not statistically differ between two techniques while for other studied factors, statistically significant differences were observed in favor of radiofrequency method (P<0.05). The mean pain intensity in the Radiofrequency procedures on different days after surgery was significantly lower than that of bipolar cautery (P<0.05). Conclusion: Due to our results, the mean score of post-tonsillectomy pain was significantly less following radiofrequency technique in compare with bipolar technique.
