fa آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان بخش‌های رادیولوژی مداخله‌ای در مورد استانداردهای حفاظت پرتویی در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد: مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) Regarding Radiation Protection Standards Among Interventional Radiology Staff in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province: A Descriptive-Analytical Study راديولوژي Radiology پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: اطمینان از این که متخصصان بهداشت دارای دانش کافی، نگرش مثبت و عملکرد مناسب در زمینه ایمنی تشعشع هستند، در محیط‌های پرخطر مانند اتاق‌های عمل، آنژیوگرافی و سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد، لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان بخش‌های رادیولوژی مداخله‌ای در مورد استانداردهای حفاظت پرتویی در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بود. روش بررسی‌: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی به صورت مقطعی می‌باشد که پرسشنامه‌ای بر روی ۱۰۲ نفر کارکنان بخش‌های رادیولوژی مداخله‌ای سه بیمارستان در شهرهای یاسوج، دهدشت و گچساران در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام شد. داده‌ها شامل متغیرهای جمعیتی و شغلی، تجربه کاری مرتبط با تشعشع و مشارکت در دوره‌های آموزشی حفاظتی و سطوح دانش، نگرش و عملکرد شرکت‌کنندگان ارزیابی گردید. نمرات دانش، نگرش و عملکرد در سه سطح خوب، متوسط و ضعیف طبقه‌بندی شدند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری کای دو، تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نمونه مطالعه شامل ۵۶ مرد(<a name="_Hlk192435181">9/54</a> درصد) و ۴۶ زن(1/45 درصد) بود. در مجموع 49 درصد از پاسخ‌دهندگان دارای سطح کلی دانش و نگرش و عملکرد بسیار خوب بودند. میانگین نمره کل 5/20±6/102 بوده و میانگین نمره‌های دانش، نگرش و عملکرد به ترتیب؛ 2/10±5/35، 3/4±6/29 و 2/8±5/37 بود. نمره‌های کلی، دانش و نگرش بر اساس سن و برای وضعیت تأهل از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی‌‌دار داشت. علاوه بر این، سطح تحصیلات و سمت شغلی به طور معنی‌داری بر نمره‌ها تأثیر گذاشتند. شرکت‌کنندگانی که تجربه‌کاری عمومی و تجربه کاری مرتبط با تشعشع طولانی‌تری داشتند و دوره‌های آموزشی حفاظت از تشعشع(هم مقدماتی و هم پیشرفته) را گذرانده بودند، نمرات بالاتری کسب کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طور کلی، این مطالعه پایه‌ای ارزشمند از شواهد را برای سیاستگذاران و مدیران بهداشتی فراهم می‌آورد تا بتوانند شیوه‌های ایمنی تشعشع را بهبود بخشیده و در نهایت فرهنگ ایمنی را در محیط‌های پرخطر رادیولوژی مداخله‌ای تقویت کنند. عوامل جمعیتی و حرفه‌ای از جمله؛ سن، وضعیت تأهل، تحصیلات، سمت شغلی و تجربه‌های عمومی و مرتبط با تشعشع، تعیین‌کننده‌های مهمی در رعایت استانداردهای حفاظت از تشعشع هستند و با توجه به تأثیر آموزش‌های حفاظت پرتویی، پیشنهاد راهکاری برای دوره‌ای بودن این آموزش‌ها می‌تواند کمک کننده باشد.   Background & aim: Ensuring that healthcare professionals possess adequate knowledge, positive attitudes, and standardized practices regarding radiation safety is paramount in high-risk environments such as angiography, CT angiography, and interventional operating suites. This study aimed to assess the levels of Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) among interventional radiology staff in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province and to identify the demographic and professional factors influencing these outcomes. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2024, involving 102 employees from interventional radiology departments across three hospitals in Yasuj, Dehdasht, and Gachsaran. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire covering demographic and occupational variables, radiation-related work experience, and history of radiation protection training. KAP scores were categorized into three levels: good, average, and poor. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software, employing Chi-square tests, independent t-tests, and one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Results: The study population included 56 males (54.9%) and 46 females (45.1%). Overall, 49.0% of respondents demonstrated a "good" level of KAP. The mean total score was 102.6 ± 20.5, with specific mean scores for knowledge, attitude, and practice being 35.5 ± 10.2, 29.6 ± 4.3, and 37.5 ± 8.2, respectively. Total KAP, knowledge, and attitude scores showed significant statistical correlations with age and marital status (P < 0.05). Furthermore, education level and job titles significantly influenced the scores. Participants with more extensive general and radiation-specific work experience, as well as those who had completed both basic and advanced radiation protection training courses, achieved significantly higher scores. Conclusion: These findings provide a valuable evidence base for healthcare policymakers to enhance radiation safety protocols and foster a robust safety culture in high-risk interventional settings.
