fa بررسی شیوع اختلال اضطراب و افسردگی در بیماران قلبی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های شهر شیراز(1403) Investigating the prevalence of anxiety and depression in cardiac patients referred to hospitals in Shiraz روانشناسی Psychology پژوهشي Research چکیده: زمینه و هدف: بیماری های قلبی- عروقی از جمله بیماری روان تنی هستند و اختلالات روانی می توانند به صورت مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم نقش مهمی در آغاز، تشدید و یا پیش آگهی این بیماران داشته باشند. از این رو بررسی میزان شیوع افسردگی و اضطراب در بیماران قلبی اهمیت زیادی دارد و این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان شیوع افسردگی و اضطراب در بیماران قلبی انجام شده است . مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، جامعه آماری شامل  بیماران قلبی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های شهر شیراز بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس در پژوهش شرکت کرده اند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه اضطراب بک و افسردگی بک استفاده شده و داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-24 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: فراوانی افسردگی و اضطراب به ترتیب در جمعیت مورد مطالعه 61% و 4/78% بود ، گروه سنی 60-50 سال ، تحصیلات زیر دیپلم، افراد دارای 6-4 فرزند و مصرف کنندگان داروهای اعصاب و روان سطح بالاتری از افسردگی و اضطراب را نشان دادند همچنین اضطراب بین مردان مصرف کننده مواد مخدر به صورت معناداری بالاتر بود. و عواملی چون سن، جنسیت و مصرف سیگار به صورت مشترک پیش بینی کننده بروز افسردگی و اضطراب در جمعیت تحت مطالعه بود بین افسردگی و اضطراب رابطه معنادار و مثبت و مستقیم وجود دارد( P<0.01, r=0.54, n=784) . نتیجه گیری:   اکثریت بیماران قلبی تحت مطالعه درجات خفیف تا شدید افسردگی و اضطراب را نشان دادند . این دو اختلال در بیماران قلبی با هم رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد که نیازمند توجه ویژه می باشد.   Abstract: Background and purpose: Cardiovascular diseases are psychosomatic diseases, and mental disorders can directly or indirectly play an important role in the initiation, exacerbation, or prognosis of these patients. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the prevalence of depression and anxiety in cardiac patients, and this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the prevalence of depression and anxiety in cardiac patients. Materials and methods: In this cross-sectional study, the statistical population included cardiac patients referred to hospitals in Shiraz, who participated in the research using available sampling method. Beck's anxiety and depression questionnaires were used to collect data and the data were analyzed using SPSS-24 software. Results: The frequency of depression and anxiety in the studied population was 61% and 78.4%, respectively, the age group of 50-60 years, under-diploma education, people with 4-6 children and users of neuropsychiatric drugs showed a higher level of depression and anxiety, and anxiety was significantly higher among drug users. . And factors such as age, gender, and smoking jointly predicted the occurrence of depression and anxiety in the population under study. There is a significant, positive and direct relationship between depression and anxiety (p<0.01, r=0.54, n=784). Conclusion: The majority of heart patients under the study showed mild to severe depression and anxiety.
