fa تحلیل معنایی نامداراگری اجتماعی و خشونت در شهر یاسوج: توسعه یک نظریه زمینه‌ای Semantic Analysis of Social Intolerance and Violence in Yasuj City: Developing a Grounded Theory عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: مدارای اجتماعی نقشی کلیدی در کاهش تنش‌ها و ایجاد صلح پایدار دارد. در زیست‌بوم‌هایی مانند شهر یاسوج که در وضعیت دوگانه سنتی‌ـ مدرن قرار دارند، مصادیق ریادی از خشونت و عدم مدارا در بین مردم دیده می‌شود. از اینرو بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر نامدارایی اجتماعی و خشونت ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و تحلیل معنایی  نامداراگری اجتماعی و خشونت در شهر یاسوج و نهایتا توسعه یک نظریه زمینه‌ای در این رابطه بود. روش بررسی: این یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است که با روش کیفی و با استفاده از استراتژی نظریه داده‌ بنیاد انجام شد. میدان تحقیق کلیه متخصصین هستند که به نحوی در معرض برخورد با مصادیق عدم مدارا هستند مانند مدیران اجرایی محلی و مشاوران، حقوق دان‌ها، قضات، پرسنل نیروی انتضامی، پرستاران و متخصصین دانشگاهی مانند جامعه شناسان، روان شناسان و عالمان علوم سیاسی. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار یافته با 24 نفر از این متخصص جمع‌آوری شد. مشارکت کنندگان با در نظر داشتن تنوع در جنسیت و تخصص بودند و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به انجام رسید. شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها به این صورت بود که بعد از انجام هر مصاحبه ابتدا مصاحبه مذکور تحلیل می‌شد و بر مبنای این تحلیل مصاحبه‌های بعدی انجام می شد. معیار کفایت نمونه‌گیری نیز اشباع نظری بود. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی 201 مفهوم، 57 مقوله فرعی، 21 مقوله اصلی و یک مقوله هسته شد. مقوله‌های اصلی شرایط علی شامل ضعف مهارت‌های اجتماعی، ناکارآمدی نظام حقوقی، چالش‌های اقتصادی و معیشتی و ضعف فرهنگ شهروندی و حقوقی بودند. شرایط زمینه‌ای نیز عواملی چون نابرابری اقتصادی، طایفه‌گرایی، کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی و ضعف سلامت اجتماعی و روانی را شامل می‌شد. در شرایط مداخله‌ای عواملی نظیر؛ تحقیر در جریان نزاع‌ها، مقابله به مثل عاطفی و ناکارآمدی سازمان‌های متولی نظم و امنیت شناسایی شدند. <a>اعداد و ارقام نوشته و مقدار </a>p نوشته شود .<a class="msocomanchor" href="#_msocom_1" id="_anchor_1" language="JavaScript" name="_msoanchor_1" on<illegal tag>mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_1')" on<illegal tag>mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_1','_com_1')">[N1]</a>  نتیجه‌گیری: خشونت به‌طور سیستماتیک در ساختار اجتماعی و فرهنگی جامعه یاسوج از نسل‌های گذشته به نسل‌های جدید بازتولید می‌شود. هم‌چنین نابرابری‌های اقتصادی، ناکارآمدی نظام اجرایی، خرده‌فرهنگ خشونت‌محور و تعصبات طایفه‌ای از مهم‌ترین عواملی هستند که موجب ایجاد فضای مناسب برای گسترش خشونت و ناامنی اجتماعی می‌شوند و برای حل آنها نیاز به اصلاحات بنیادی در ساختارهای اجتماعی، اقتصادی و اجرایی هست.   <div> <hr align="left" class="msocomoff" size="1" width="33%" > <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1" language="JavaScript" on<illegal tag>mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_1')" on<illegal tag>mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_1','_com_1')"></div> </div> </div> Background & aim: Social tolerance plays a key role in reducing tensions and creating sustainable peace. In ecosystems such as Yasuj city, which are in a traditional-modern dual situation, there are leading examples of violence and intolerance among the people. Therefore, it seems necessary to examine the factors affecting social intolerance and violence. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine and analyze the meaning of social intolerance and violence in Yasuj city and ultimately develop a grounded theory in this regard. Methods: The present descriptive-analytical study was conducted using a qualitative methodology and employing the Grounded Theory strategy. The research field comprised all specialists who are in some way exposed to instances of intolerance, such as local executive managers and consultants, legal experts, judges, law enforcement personnel, nurses, and academic specialists including sociologists, psychologists, and political scientists. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 24 of these specialists. The participants were selected with a focus on diversity in gender and expertise and were chosen using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. the data analysis procedure was structured such that each interview was initially analyzed immediately after its conduction, and subsequent interviews were performed based on this ongoing analysis. The criterion for sample size adequacy was theoretical saturation. <a name="_Hlk219592086">Results</a>: The data analysis resulted in the identification of 201 concepts, 57 subcategories, 21 main categories, and one core category. The main categories identified as causal conditions included a deficit in social skills, the inefficiency of the legal system, economic and livelihood challenges, and a weakness in legal and civic culture. Contextual conditions also encompassed factors such as economic inequality, tribalism, a decline in social capital, and a deficiency in social and mental well-being. Intervening conditions were also identified, including factors such as humiliation during conflicts, emotional retaliation, and the inefficiency of organizations responsible for order and security. Conclusion: Violence is systematically reproduced in the social and cultural structure of Yasuj society from past generations to new generations. Correspondingly, economic inequalities, inefficiency of the executive system, violence-oriented subculture and clan prejudices were among the most important factors that create a suitable environment for the spread of violence and social insecurity, and to solve them, fundamental reforms in social, economic and executive structures are needed.   نامداراگری اجتماعی, خشونت, نظریه زمینه‌ای, یاسوج.
