fa بررسی مؤلفه‌های اخلاق پزشکی در متون کهن ادب فارسی و مقایسه آن با اخلاق پزشکی نوین A Study of the Components of Medical Ethics in Ancient Persian Literature and Its Comparison with Modern Medical Ethics عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: یافته‌‌های متون کهن ادب فارسی نشان مـی‌دهد که موضوع اخلاق حرفه‌ای پزشکی و رابطه صحیح و منطقی بین پزشک و بیمار، از دید ادبا و شعرا نیز پنهان نمانده و در کنار توصیه‌های اخلاقی پزشکان نامداری چون اسماعیل جرجانی‌، ابن سینا، رازی و برخی آثار کهن ادب فارسی نیز به این مهم پرداخته و تـوصیه‌های اخـلاقی‌ ارزشمندی‌ به طبیبان دارند. اهل ادب با اسـتفاده از طبع خلاق و شـاعرانه خود، مناسـبات میان طبیب و بیمـار را گاه در‌ قالـب‌ حکایـات و گاه با زبـان صریح بازگو کرده‌انـد. اگر چه طی چند دهه اخیر، حوزه دانش و فناوری پزشکی با پیشرفت‌های چشمگیری همراه بوده و اخلاق پزشکی نوین جایگزین اخلاق سنتی شده است‌، به نـظر مـی‌رسد که  برخی قوانین و حقوق مربوط به بیماران در دوران‌ معاصر‌، میراث اخلاقی مندرج در آثار‌ کهن بوده و برای توسعه و تکمیل اصول‌ اخلاقی، می‌توان بازگشتی‌ دوباره‌ به این میراث و پشتوانه ارزشمند‌ داشت. ‌لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و بررسی مؤلفه‌های اخلاق پزشکی در متون کهن ادب فارسی و مقایسه آن با اخلاق پزشکی نوین می‌باشد. روش بررسی: ایـن پژوهـش، یک مطالعه کیفی است کــه به شـیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با هدف شناسایی، طبقه‌بندی، استخراج و تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای پزشکی منعکس شده در برخی متون کهن ادب فارسی، تا پایان قرن هشتم هجری و مطابقت آن با اصول اخلاق پزشکی نوین انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش، از طریق پژوهش‌های کتابخانه‌ای  بوده و داده‌های پژوهش از طریق بررسی منابع دست اول و دست دوم، مقالات مرتبط با اخلاق پزشکی، جستجو در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی و موتورهای جستجو گردآوری شده است. آثار مورد مطالعه مشتمل برآثار منظوم: شاهنامه فردوسی، آثار نظامی گنجوی، حدیقه الحقیقه حکیم سنایی، مثنوی مولانا، بوستان سعدی، دیوان حافظ و آثار منثور شامل: قابوس نامه، چهارمقاله، کلیله و دمنه و گلستان سعدی است. یافته‌ها:<a name="_Hlk149342153"> </a>برخی حقوق و اخلاقیات پزشکی به ویژه چگونگی مناسبات انسانی بین پزشک و  بیماران در دوران‌ معاصر‌، منطبق و همسو با میراث اخلاقی مندرج در آثار‌ کهن بوده و برای توسعه و تکمیل اصول‌ اخلاق حرفه‌ای، می‌توان بازگشتی‌ دوباره‌ به این میراث و پشتوانه ارزشمند‌ داشت.‌ نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش بیان‌گـر آن اسـت که ادبیات کهن ایران جـایگاه ویژه‌ای برای‌ اخلاق پزشکی قایل است و آموزه‌های‌ اخلاقی و فرهنگی منعکس شده در آثار ادبی کهن، مورد تأییـد و توصیه صاحب نظران اخلاق پزشکی اسـت و با اصول اخلاق پزشکی نوین هم‌خوانی دارد.   Background & aim: Findings from ancient Persian literary texts indicate that the issue of professional medical ethics and the correct and logical relationship between a doctor and a patient has not been hidden from the eyes of writers and poets. In addition to the ethical advice of famous physicians, such as Ismail Jorjani, Ibn Sina, Razi, and other ancient Persian literary works have similarly addressed this issue and provided valuable ethical advice to physicians. The society of literature, using their creative and poetic nature, have recounted the relationship between a physician and a patient, sometimes in the form of stories and sometimes in explicit language. Although the field of medical knowledge and technology has made significant progress in recent decades and modern medical ethics has replaced traditional ethics, it seems that some acts and rights related to patients in the contemporary era are the moral heritage contained in ancient works, and in order to develop and complete ethical principles, we can return to this valuable heritage and support. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to determine and examine the components of medical ethics in ancient Persian literary texts and to compare them with modern medical ethics. Methods: The present qualitative study was conducted in a descriptive-analytical manner with the aim of identifying, classifying, extracting and analyzing the components of professional medical ethics reflected in some ancient Persian literature texts up to the end of the eighth century AH and its conformity with the principles of modern medical ethics. The data collection tool in the present research was through library research and the research data was collected through the examination of primary and secondary sources, articles related to medical ethics, searching in databases and search engines. The works studied include the poetic works: Shahnameh by Ferdowsi, Nezami Ganjavi's works, Hadigheha al-Haqeha by Hakim Sana'i, Rumi's Masnavi, Saadi's Garden, Hafez's Divan and prose works including: Qabus Nameh, Chaharmakaleh, Kalileh va Demneh and Saadi's Golestan. Results: A number of medical laws and ethics, especially the human relations between doctors and patients in contemporary times, are consistent and in line with the moral heritage contained in ancient works, and in order to develop and complete the principles of professional ethics, we can return to this valuable heritage and support.
