fa بررسی وضعیت طرح نظام سلامت از دیدگاه بیماران بیمارستان‌های شهر یاسوج Examining the State of the Health System Plan from the Perspective of the Patients of Hospitals in Yasuj, Iran عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: طرح تحول نظام سلامت طرحی برای بهبود سیستم‌های متولی سلامت در ایران است که از ۱۵ اردیبهشت ۱۳۹۳ در بیمارستان‌های وزارت بهداشت آغاز به کار کرد. این طرح با رویکرد ایجاد تحول در نظام سلامت و با سه هدف حفاظت مالی از مردم، ایجاد عدالت در دسترسی به خدمات سلامت و نیز ارتقای کیفیت خدمات، اجرایی شد. از آن جا که بخش سلامت غالباً متاثر از عوامل و مؤلفه‌هایی است که به کارکرد تمامی بخش‌های توسعه کشور مربوط می‌شود، لذا هدف از این پژوهش تعیین و بررسی وضعیت طرح نظام سلامت از دیدگاه بیماران بیمارستان‌های شهر یاسوج بود. روش بررسی: جامعه آماری این مطالعه توصیفی 458 بیمار است که در بیمارستان شهید رجایی150 بیمار، بیمارستان امام سجاد 300 و بیمارستان شهید بهشتتی 380 بیمار بود که طبق جدول مورگان در بیمارستان شهید رجایی 108، امام سجاد 169 و شهید بهشتی 181 بیمار به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. تمامی آزمودنی‌ها پرسشنامه وضعیت طرح نظام سلامت از دیدگاه بیماران را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تی تک نمونه‌ای تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که وضعیت اجرای طرح نظام سلامت بیمارستان شهید بهشتی(001/0=p و 19/57=t)، بیمارستان امام سجاد(001/0=p و 17/50=t) و بیمارستان شهید رجایی(001/0=p و 06/40=t) شهر یاسوج تا حدودی مطلوب است. این یافته‌ها بیان‌گر این موضوع هست که طرح نظام سلامت در شهرستان یاسوج به ‌طور مناسب و صحیح اجرا شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آمده تحقیق بیان‌گر این موضوع هست که طرح نظام سلامت در شهرستان یاسوج به ‌طور مناسب و صحیح اجرا شده است. با توجه به این که شاخص‌های مورد بررسی در اغلب بیمارستان‌ها، به خوبی اجرا شده است، به نظر می‌رسد تداوم، ارزشیابی و اصلاح مستمر این طرح می‌تواند به بهبود شاخص‌های عملکردی بیمارستان‌ها بیانجامد. بنابراین می‌بایست برنامه‌های بیمارستان‌های شهر یاسوج در جهتی تدوین شود که میزان پرداختی بیماران کاهش یافته، حمایت بیشتری از ماندگاری پزشکان در مناطق محروم صورت گرفته، کیفیت هتلینگ در بیمارستان‌ها ارتقاء یابد و هم‌چنین بیشتر از حضور پزشکان متخصص مقیم در بیمارستان‌های دولتی استفاده شود.   Background & aim: The health system reform plan is a plan to improve health care systems in Iran, which started working in the hospitals of the Ministry of Health on May 15, 2014. This project was implemented with the approach of creating transformation in the health system and with the three goals of financial protection of the people, creating justice in access to health services and improving the quality of services. Since the health sector is often affected by the factors and components that are related to the functioning of all sectors of the country's development; therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine and examine the state of the health system plan from the perspective of the patients of hospitals in Yasuj, Iran. Methods: The statistical population of the present descriptive study was 458 patients at Shahid Rajaei Hospital, 300 patients at Imam Sajjad Hospital, and 380 patients at Shahid Beheshti Hospital, all located in Yasuj, Iran. All the participants completed the questionnaire on the state of the health system plan from the patients' point of view. The collected data were analyzed using t-test and descriptive statistical tests, including frequency and average, by means of SPSS 18 software. Results: The results of the research showed that the health system implementation status of Shahid Beheshti Hospital (p=0.001 and t=57.19), Imam Sajjad Hospital (p=0.001 and t=50.17) and Shahid Rajaei Hospital (p=0.001 and t=50.001) p=0 and t=40.06) Yasuj city is somewhat favorable. These findings indicate that the plan of the health system in Yasuj city has been properly and correctly implemented. Conclusion: Considering that the examined indicators were well implemented in most of the hospitals, it gives the impression that the continuation, evaluation and continuous improvement of this plan can lead to the improvement of the performance indicators of the hospitals. Therefore, the programs of hospitals in Yasuj should be developed in such a way that the amount of expense of patients be reduced, more support be given to physicians in deprived areas, the quality of hoteling in hospitals be improved.
