fa بررسی توزیع جغرافیایی اختلالات روانپزشکی شهرستان‌های بویراحمد و دنا، با نرم افزار GIS در یک دوره 5 ساله از سال 1398-1393 Study of the Geographical Distribution of Psychiatric Disorders in Boyer-Ahmad and Dena Counties, Using GIS Software in a 5-Year Period From 2019 to 2025 روان پزشکی Psychiatry پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: سلامت روان یکی از موضوع های مهم و تأثیرگذار در نظام سلامت می‌باشد. ابتلای به بیماری‌های روانی علاوه بر رنج‌ها و محدودیت‌هایی که ایجاد می‌کند، بار سنگین اقتصادی و هزینه‌های زیادی به خانواده بیمار و جامعه تحمیل می‌کند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، تعیین توزیع جغرافیایی اختلالات روانپزشکی شهرستان‌های بویراحمد و دنا، با نرم افزارGIS در یک دوره 5 ساله از سال 1398-1393 بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ  مقطعی که در سال 1399 انجام شد، 3215 بیمار مبتلا به بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان که در طی 5 سال اخیر، در بیمارستان اعصاب و روان شهید رجایی یاسوج بستری بودند،  وارد مطالعه شدند، اطلاعات از فایل‌های بیمارستانی و بایگانی بیمارستان جمع‌آوری شد. ارتباط فاکتورهای آب و هوایی و محیطی استان شامل میانگین رطوبت سالانه، میانگین بارندگی سالیانه، میانگین دمای سالیانه، پس از تهیه و ساخت لایه‌ها، با نرم‌افزار Arcmap و Arc catalogue  از مجموع نرم‌افزرهای ArcGIS مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری رگرسیون لوجستیک تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس آنالیز رگرسیون لجستیک چند متغیره مهم‌ترین متغیرهای محیطی مرتبط با بیماری‌های روانی دما(001/0p<) و ارتفاع  (006/0=p) می‌باشند به طوری که با افزایش دما، شانس وقوع بیماری 51 درصد کاهش می‌یابد(49/0=(OR و با افزایش ارتفاع، به میزان اندکی(1 درصد) شانس وقوع بیماری کاهش می‌یابد(99/0=OR). هم‌چنین در مطالعه تک متغیره علاوه بر دما و ارتفاع، متغیرهای رطوبت، شیب(001/0p<) و بارندگی(01/0=p) به ترتیب با نسبت شانس(61/0=(OR، (92/0=OR)، (99/0=OR)، با کاهش وقوع بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان ارتباط دارند. زندگی در مناطق شهری با وقوع بیماری ارتباط مستقیم دارد(03/0=p) که با نسبت شانس 77/7 شانس وقوع بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان را بیش از  7 برابر می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد افزایش دما، ارتفاع، رطوبت، شیب و بارندگی، با کاهش وقوع بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان در مناطق مورد مطالعه مرتبط هستند. هم‌چنین زندگی شهرنشینی با افزایش وقوع بیماری‌های روانی ارتباط دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود که مسئولین و دست‌اندرکاران سیستم بهداشتی، از نتایج این مطالعه در تعیین مناطق با خطر بالا، جهت کاهش و کنترل بیماری استفاده کنند، که این امر منجر به کاهش هزینه‌های قابل توجه تشخیصی و درمانی بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان خواهد شد.   Background & aim: Mental health is one of the most important and influential issues in the health system. In addition to the sufferings and limitations it creates, suffering from mental illness imposes a heavy economic burden and costs on the patient's family and the society. Threfore, the purpose of the present study was to determine the geographic distribution of mental disorders and some related environmental factors in Boyer Ahmad and Dana counties, using GIS software, in a 5-year period from 2018-2019. Methods: In the present cross-sectional study, first, the residential address of 3215 patients with mental disorders who had a history of hospitalization in Shahid Rajaei Psychiatric Hospital of Yasuj, Iran, during the last 5 years were collected from hospital files and hospital archives. The relationship between climatic and environmental factors of the province, including average annual humidity, average annual rainfall, average annual temperature, after preparing and constructing the layers, were investigated and analyzed with Arcmap and Arc catalogue software from ArcGIS. Statistical analysis of the data was done using SPSS 21 software and logistic regression method. <a name="_Hlk203863822">Results: </a>Based on the multivariate logistic regression results, the most important environmental factors were temperature (p< 0.001), and altitude (P =0.006) Accordingly, by increasing temperature, and altitude the chance of disease occurrence decreased by 51 % (OR=0.49) and 1% (OR = 0.99), respectively. Moreover, univariate logistic regression indicated that humidity, slope (P < 0.001) and rainfall (P = 0.01) with the odds ratios of (OR=0.61), (OR=0.92), (OR=0.99), respectively, were associated with the decrease in the occurrence of mental disorders. Living in urban areas had a direct relationship with the occurrence of disease (P = 0.03), which increased the chance of mental disorders more than seven times (OR = 7.77). Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, it is suggested that the increase in temperature, altitude, humidity, slope, and rainfall were related to the decrease in the incidence of mental disorders respectively, and that urban life was related to the increase in the incidence of mental disorders in studied areas.
