fa بررسی روند اپیدمیولوژیک بیماری کووید 19 در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد Investigating the Epidemiological Trend of COVID-19 Disease in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad Province, Iran اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف:  پاندمی کووید 19 جهان را با انواع مشکلات در ابعاد سلامت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی مواجه نموده  است. لذا  دادن اطلاع صحیح و به موقع  به مردم و متولیان امر می‌تواند به مدیریت بیماری کمک نموده و از موارد مرگ پیشگیری نماید. لذا هدف از این مطالعه  تعیین و بررسی روند اپیدمیولوژیک بیماری کووید 19 در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بود. روش بررسی:  مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع بررسی روند اپیدمی‌ می‌‌باشد که در سال 1401 انجام شد.  داده‌ها با استفاده از مرور اطلاعات معتبر جمع‌آوری شده در ستاد دانشگاهی کنترل کووید 19 استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد و سامانه‌های مرتبط با این بیماری  در بازه زمانی 33 ماه پس از شناسایی اولین مورد قطعی بیماری در استان  انجام شده است. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین و درصد فراوانی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.   یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد با رفع محدودیت‌ها و افزایش سفرها، شاهد افزایش موارد ابتلای ناشی از بیماری در استان بوده، به طوری که میزان بروز و درصد موارد مثبت تست ناشی از بیماری کووید 19 در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بسیار بالاتر از میانگین کشوری بوده و بیشترین درصد موارد مثبت نمونه‌ها مربوط به ماه آبان سال1399 (59/56 درصد) می‌باشد، در  حالی که درصد کشندگی ناشی از بیماری در استان پایین‌تر از میانگین  کشوری می‌باشد(86/0 در مقابل 91/1درصد ). در ضمن با افزایش پوشش واکسیناسیون و هم‌چنین درصد ابتلای کثیری از جامعه استان به بیماری، شاهد کاهش موارد ابتلا، بستری و مرگ ناشی از بیماری کووید 19 بوده که با مقایسه پیک‌های اول و آخر بیماری در استان شاهد تأثیر واکسیناسیون می‌باشیم. نتیجه‌گیری: تشویق و ترغیب جامعه مبنی بر اهمیت واکسیناسیون و به خصوص نوبت سوم و هم‌چنین تزریق دوز چهارم واکسیناسیون کووید 19 با اولویت پرسنل نظام سلامت و افراد دارای بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای با استفاده از ظرفیت دیگر نهادها و سازمان‌ها به خصوص صدا و سیمای مرکز استان،  ایمن‌ترین و بهینه‌ترین ابزار محافظت در برابر ابتلا، بستری و مرگ ناشی از کووید۱۹ می‌باشد.   Background & aim: The Covid-19 pandemic has presented the world with a wide array of economic, social, political, and health problems. Therefore, providing people with correct and timely information can significantly help disease management and reduce death cases. The present study aimed to assess the epidemiology of Covid-19 in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province.  Methods: The current study descriptive study of the epidemic trend was carried out in 2022. The data was collected by reviewing the valid information collected in the academic headquarters of the control of Kogilouye and Boyer Ahmad province, Iran, and the systems related to this disease in the period of 33 months after the first confirmed case of the disease was identified in the province. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean and frequency percentage. Results: With the removal of travel restrictions, there was an increase in disease cases in the province. The incidence rate and percentage of positive Covid-19 cases in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province were much higher than the national average. The highest percentage of positive rate in the samples was associated to the month of November 2019 with 56.59% nonetheless the percentage of case fatality rate caused by the disease in the province is lower than the national average (.86 against 1.91 percent). The percentage of Covid-19 related deaths in the province was lower than the national average. At the same time, with an increase in vaccination coverage and the percentage of infection in the province, a decrease in cases of infection, hospitalization, and Covid-19-related death were observed. The comparison of the first and last peaks of the disease in the province demonstrates the marked effect of vaccination.
