fa طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی آزمون در عرصه عینی ساختارمند(آسفی) جهت سنجش توانمندی‌های دانشجویان کارشناسی بهداشت محیط در پایان دوره تحصیلی: یک مطالعه اقدام پژوهی Design, Implementation and Evaluation of End-of-Course Skills of Undergraduate Students in Environmental Health Engineering Using Objective Structured in Field Examination(OSFE): An Action Research Study آموزش بهداشت Educational health كاربردي Applicable زمینه و هدف: ارزشیابی جزء لاینفک برنامههای آموزشی محسوب میشود و بی‌تردید جهت ارزشیابی مناسب، دانشجویان باید در شرایط شبیهسازی شده محیط کار آینده ارزیابی شوند. لذا هدف از این پژوهش طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی آزمون در عرصه ساختارمند عینی جهت سنجش توانمندیهای عملی دانشجویان مهندسی بهداشت محیط دانشکده بهداشت یاسوج در سال 1400-1399 میباشد. روش بررسی: این  یک مطالعه توصیفی می‌باشد که در سال 1400 بر روی دانشجویان سال آخر کارشناسی بهداشت محیط دانشکده بهداشت و علوم تغذیه یاسوج انجام شد. ابزار مورد بررسی چک‌لیست‌هایی در یازده ایستگاه مختلف بودند که بر اساس برنامه آموزشی دوره مربوطه تهیه و به وسیله پانل خبرگان روایی محتوایی آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مهارت دانشجویان در هر ایستگاه به وسیله ارزیاب و با استفاده از چک لیست مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در پایان دانشجویان فرم ارزشیابی از آزمون را تکمیل کردند. داده‌های جمعآوری شده با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری تیتست، منویتنی و همبستگی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمره ایستگاه‌ها در سطحی بیشتر از متوسط است(54/63) و دانشجویان در 9 ایستگاه، نمره بالاتر از 50 درصد را کسب کردهاند که نشان دهنده این است که ایستگاه‌های انتخاب شده میتواند معیار مناسبی برای ارزیابی مهارتهای عملی باشد و آزمون آسفی نیز جایگزینی مناسب برای آزمونهای کتبی و شفاهی در پایان ترمهای تحصیلی باشد. نمره پایین دو ایستگاه کمتر از 50 درصد بود و دلیل آن، مجازی بودن دانشگاه‌ها در زمان اپیدمی کووید-19 و عدم امکان انجام مهارتهای لازم به صورت کافی به وسیله دانشجویان در دوره تحصیل بوده است. ایستگاه‌هایی با میانگین نمره بیش از 70 درصد نشان از تسلط دانشجویان در مهارت‌هایی است که در آزمایشگاه‌ها و مراکز بهداشتی‌ـدرمانی فرا گرفته‌اند و میزان رضایت دانشجویان از آزمون نیز 94/77 بوده است. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به میزان رضایت دانشجویان میتوان گفت این آزمون، روش مناسب و دانشجوپسند برای ارزیابی است و استفاده از آن برای دوره‌های مختلف مناسب است. با توجه به میانگین امتیازها که از متوسط بالاتر است، بازنگری در شیوههای ارزشیابی در بخشهای عملی ضروری به نظر میرسد.   Background & aim:  Evaluation is an integral part of educational programs and undoubtedly, for conducting appropriate evaluation Students should be evaluated in simulated conditions of the future workplace. The purpose of the present study was to design, implement and evaluate an objective structured practical test to assess the practical capabilities of environmental health engineering students at Yasuj Health Faculty in 2020-2021. <a name="_Hlk118625967"></a> Methods: In the present descriptive study, 18 senior students of Environmental Health Engineering of Yasuj School of Health and Nutrition Sciences in 2021 were studied. The study instruments were checklists from eleven different stations, which were prepared based on the training program of the relevant course and Its content validity was examined by a panel of experts. Students' skills were evaluated in each station by the evaluator using a checklist. At the end, students completed the Survey form. After collecting the data, it was entered into SPSS20 software and t-test, Mann-Whitney and correlation tests were used to analyze the data. Results: The results indicated that the average score of stations was more than 50% (63.54). Students in nine stations had a score above 50%, which indicated that the selected stations could be a suitable criterion for evaluating practical skills and OSFE exam was a suitable alternative to written and oral tests at the end of the semester. The score of two stations was less than 50%. This was due to the virtual nature of universities during the COVID-19 epidemic and it was not possible for the students to perform the necessary skills sufficiently during the study period. Stations with an average score of more than 70% indicate the mastery of students in the skills they have learned in laboratories and health-treatment centers. The level of students' satisfaction with the test was also 77.94%. Conclusion: According to the level of student satisfaction (77.94), it can be said that this exam is a suitable and student-friendly method for assessment and its use is suitable for different courses.
