جلوگیری از هدر رفت منابع و بالا بردن کیفیت کار نقش مؤثری دارد. تا کنون ارزشیابی از دوره کوتاه مدت الکترونیکی مهارت آموزی دانشجویان پزشکی جهت آمادگی شرکت در آزمون‌های صلاحیت بالینی دوره پزشکی عمومی انجام نشده است، لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین ارزشیابی دوره الکترونیکی مهارت آموزشی دانشجویان پزشکی جهت آمادگی شرکت در آزمون‌های صلاحیت بالینی Yagut;">روش بررسی:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;">این یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;">می‌باشد که در سال‌های 1400ـ1399 انجام </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;">و از الگوی کرک پاتریک جهت ارزشیابی دوره استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل 69 دانشجو در مقطع کارورزی بودند که وارد مطالعه شدند. رضایت دانشجویان به وسیله فرم رضایت‌سنجی محقق ساخته روا و پایا، میزان یادگیری آنها با استفاده از 17 آزمون که به وسیله اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه طراحی شد و روایی و پایایی آن به تأیید رسید، تعیین شد، رفتار آنها با تحلیل نتایج آزمون صلاحیت بالینی طراحی شده که روایی آن با استفاده از تهیه جدول دو بعدی آزمون تأمین و پایایی آن به تأیید رسید، تعیین شد. جمعیت مورد مطالعه دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع کارورزی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یاسوج بود که به روش تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size: 7pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span arial="" Yagut;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;">رضایت کل از دوره در دوره اول برگزاری دوره 03/4 با انحراف معیار 12/0 و در دوره دوم 11/4 با انحراف معیار 15/0 بود. تعداد 35 دانشجو در دوره اول در 8 مورد آزمون شرکت کردند و در دوره دوم تعداد 34 دانشجو در 17 آزمون شرکت نمودند. تعداد قبولی در آزمون صلاحیت بالینی اول 15 نفر و در آزمون صلاحیت بالینی دوم 25 نفر بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height: normal;"><span style="unicode-bidi: embed;"><span بالینی را افزایش داد. پیشنهاد می‌شود شرایطی فراهم گردد که دانشجویان سایر دانشگاه‌ها نیز بتوانند در این دوره شرکت کنند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height: 107%;"><span arial="" style="font-family: ">Evaluation of training courses has an effective role to prevent wastage of resources and improve the quality of work. So far, the evaluation of the short-term electronic training course for medical students to prepare for the clinical competency exams of the general medicine course has not been done. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the electronic training course for medical students to prepare for the clinical competency exams.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="line-height: 107%;"><span arial="" style="font-family: ">Methods</span></span></span></span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="line-height: 107%;"><span arial="" style="font-family: ">: The present cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in 2020-2021 and Kirkpatrick&#39;s model was used to evaluate the course. The statistical population included 69 students in the internship stage, who entered the study. Students&#39; satisfaction was determined by means of a valid and reliable researcher satisfaction form, their learning rate was determined by using 17 tests designed by the academic staff of the university and its validity and reliability were confirmed, their behavior was designed by analyzing the results of the clinical competence test. Its validity was confirmed by preparing a two-dimensional table for the supply and reliability test. The study population was medical students of the internship stage of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences, who were selected by the full number method. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="line-height: 107%;"><span arial="" style="font-family: ">Results</span></span></span></span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="line-height: 107%;"><span arial="" style="font-family: ">: The total satisfaction of the course in the first period of the course was 4.03 with a standard deviation of 0.12 and in the second period was 4.11 with a standard deviation of 0.15. A total of 35 students participated in 8 exams in the first course and 34 students participated in 17 exams in the second course. The number of admissions in the first clinical competency test was 15 and in the second clinical competency test was 25.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="line-height: 107%;"><span arial="" style="font-family: ">Conclusion</span></span></span></span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="line-height: 107%;"><span arial="" style="font-family: ">: Students&#39; satisfaction with participating in this course was appropriate and participation in this course increased the acceptance rate of students in the clinical competency test.
