fa بررسی وضعیت بهداشت محیط و ایمنی مدارس ابتدایی شهر گچساران مدیریت بهداشتی Health Management پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;">زمینه و هدف</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;">:</span></strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;"> بهداشت مدارس به ‌خصوص در مدارس ابتدایی از این جنبه حائز اهمیت است که کودکان دوران مهمی از سال‌های زندگی خود را در مدرسه سپری می‌کنند.</span> <span style="font-family:Yagut;">محیط مطلوب مدرسه، سبب تسهیل در عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین و </span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">بررسی وضعیت بهداشت محیط و ایمنی مدارس ابتدایی شهر گچساران در سال ۱۳۹۶ </span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">انجام شد.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;">روش بررسی:</span></strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;"> این مطالعه از نوع </span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است که در <span style="color:black;">سال تحصیلی 97-96 انجام </span>شد. در این مطالعه،</span><span style="font-family:Yagut;"> مدارس به صورت سرشماری بررسی شدند که در این میان از تعداد 42 مدرسه، 37 مدرسه ابتدایی شهر گچساران حاضر به همکاری شدند.</span> <span style="font-family:Yagut;">ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها(چک‌لیست)، فرم ارزیابی آیین‌نامه بهداشت محیط و ایمنی مدارس بود، </span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">داده‌های گردآوری‌شده از چک‌لیست‌ها استخراج شدند.</span> <span style="font-family:Yagut;">سپس این داده‌ها با استفاده از <span style="color:black;">آزمون‌های آماری کای دو و سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. </span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;">بر طبق نتایج این پژوهش تنها 3 مدرسه(</span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">1/8 درصد</span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">) نوساز(کمتر از 15سال عمر) بود. از لحاظ متناسب بودن تعداد آبخوری‌ها با دانش‌آموزان، در 18 مدرسه(6/48 درصد) به ازای هر 45 نفر یک آبخوری وجود داشت. میز و نیمکت‌های کلاس‌ها در 26 مدرسه(3/70 درصد) دارای شرایط مناسبی بودند. هم‌چنین میزان نور کلاس‌های درس در 7 مدرسه(9/18 درصد) کمتر از 300 لوکس(استاندارد آیین‌نامه) بود. کلاس‌های درس نیز در 17 مدرسه(</span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">9/45 درصد</span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">) فاقد سیستم تهویه و سرمایش مناسب بود. </span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">میان مدارس دولتی و غیردولتی با سیستم سرمایشی و تهویه ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت(04/0=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">).</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:Yagut;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:Yagut;">بر</span><span style="font-family:Yagut;"> اساس نتایج این پژوهش وضعیت بهداشت محیط و ایمنی مدارس ابتدایی شهر گچساران مناسب ارزیابی نشد. این مدارس با کاستی‌هایی در ارتباط با ساختمان (مانند قدیمی بودن و یا محل نامناسب ساختمان مدارس و عدم تناسب میان مساحت مدارس با تعداد دانش&shy;آموزان)، آبخوری&shy;ها، توالت&shy;ها<em>، نیمکت</em></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:Yagut;">ها، فضای سبز <span style="color:black;">و سیستم تهویه و سرمایشی کلاس‌ها</span> روبرو هستند که توجه بیشتر مسئولان امر را برای بهبود وضعیت موجود می‌طلبد.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span dir="LTR"></span> <strong>Background & aim: </strong>School health, especially in primary schools, is important in that children spend an important period of their lives in school. The favorable school environment facilitates the academic performance of students. The aim of this study was to investigate the environmental health and safety status of primary schools in Gachsaran in 2017.<br> <br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present descriptive-analytical study was conducted in the 2018-2017 academic year. Schools were surveyed by census, in which out of 42 schools, 37 primary schools in Gachsaran were willing to cooperate. The data collection tool (checklist) was the evaluation form of environmental health and safety regulations of the schools, the collected data were extracted from the checklists. These data were then analyzed using chi-square test and 95% confidence level.<br> &nbsp; <ul> <li>According to the results of the present study, only 3 schools (8.1%) were newly built (less than 15 years old). In terms of the proportion of Faucet to students, there was one drinking water for every 45 people in 18 schools (48.6%). Desks in twenty-six schools (70.3%) were in good condition. &nbsp;Thirty schools (81.1%) were not close to environmental and noise pollution sources, factories and cemeteries. Classrooms in seventeen schools (45.9%) did not have proper ventilation and cooling systems. a significant relationship was seen between public and private schools with cooling and ventilation systems (P=0.04).</li> </ul> &nbsp; <ul> <li>Based on the present results, the environmental health and safety status of primary schools in Gachsaran was not assessed as appropriate. These schools faced with shortcomings related to the building (such as being old or unsuitable location of the school building and the mismatch between the school area and the number of students), drinking fountains, toilets, benches, green space and ventilation and cooling system.
