fa مقایسه شاخص‌های ناسازگاری بر اساس آزمون ترسیم آدمک مک آور و میزان اختلالات رفتاری در کودکان بی‌سرپرست و عادی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: با توجه به افزایش روز افزون کودکان بی‌سرپرست و مشاهده ناسازگاری‌ها و اختلالات رفتاری که در آنها بر اثر جدایی از کانون خانواده به وجود می‌آید، توجه خاص و همه جانبه جامعه به این کودکان احساس می‌گردد. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه شاخص‌های ناسازگاری بر اساس آزمون ترسیم آدمک مک آور و شدت اختلالات رفتاری در کودکان بی سرپرست و عادی بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه موردـ شاهدی تعداد 84 کودک 6 تا11 ساله شامل؛ 42 نفر کودک بی سرپرست و 42 کودک عادی به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس به وسیله نقاشی آدمک مک‌آور و مقیاس ارزیابی رفتاری راتر(فرم معلم) که به رفتارهای آنان به وسیله معلمان امتیاز داده شد، ارزیابی شدند. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های توصیفی و آزمون‌های تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، میانگین شاخص‌های ناسازگاری در نقاشی کودکان بی‌سرپرست(35/3±43/6) بیشتر از کودکان عادی(48/2±50/4) بود. هم‌چنین میانگین اختلالات رفتاری در کودکان بی‌سرپرست (16/11±81/15) بیشتر از کودکان عادی بود(05/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان شاخص‌های ناسازگاری و شدت اختلالات رفتاری در کودکان بی‌سرپرست بیشتر از کودکان عادی می‌باشد. Background & Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the maladjustment indicators using Machover Draw-A-Person Test (DAP) and behavioral disorders between orphan and normal children aged 6-11 in Tehran and Shemiranat district, Tehran province, Iran 2010. Methods: The present study was a case-control study. The sample included 84 children aged 6-11 years old. Forty two children were orphan (22 boys and 20 girls) and other 42 were non orphan (22 boys and 20 girls). They were enrolled by use of accessible sampling and were assessed by Machover Draw-A-Person Test and Ratter’s behavior disorder scale (teachers form). Their behavior was scored by their teachers. The data was analyzed by the use of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (independent t, analysis of variance) Results: Results of this study showed that maladjustment indicator of DAP in orphan children (Mean=6.43 ± 3.35) is more than non orphan children (4.50 ± 2.48) and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.004). Moreover, behavioral disorders in orphan children (Mean=15.81 ± 11.16) is more than non orphans (Mean=6.40 ± 6.14) this difference was also statistically significant.
