fa تأثیر هشت هفته مصرف ژل رویال بر برخی از شاخص‌های آپوپتوزی در موش‌های آلزایمری شده با تری‌متیل‌تین The Effect of Eight Weeks of Royal Jelly Consumption on Some of Apoptotic Indicators in Trimethyltin-Induced Alzheimer's Mice فیزیولوژی Physiology پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: با توجه به این که ژل رویال حاوی ترکیباتی است که اثرات مطلوبی بر سیستم اعصاب مرکزی و عملکردهای عصبی دارند، لذا هدف از این پژوهش تعیین و بررسی تأثیر مصرف ژل رویال بر شاخص‌های آپوپتوزی در مدل تری‌متیل‌تینی بیماری آلزایمر بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی که در پاییز سال 1397 انجام شد، 32 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد اسپراگ داولی وارد مطالعه شدند که تعداد 24 سر از آن‌ها به‌وسیله تری‌متیل‌تین القای آلزایمر شدند. در ادامه موش‌های صحرایی به‌طور تصادفی به 4 گروه؛ سالم هفته آخر، کنترل قربانی هفته آخر، شم و ژل رویال تقسیم شدند. بررسی میزان بیان ژن‌های P53,BAX,BCL-2 با تکنیک          Real Time PCR انجام شد. داده‌ها با  استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانیس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر نشان می‌دهد که متغیر وابسته P53 در گروه‌ آلزایمر هفته آخر بیشتر از گروه‌های سالم هفته آخر و ژل بود و در گروه شم بیشتر از گروه‌های سالم هفته آخر و ژل شد، شاخص BAX در گروه ژل کمتر از شم و آلزایمر هفته آخر شد و در گروه سالم هفته آخر کمتر از شم و آلزایمر هفته آخر شد. BCL-2 در گروه‌ ژل بیشتر از شم و سالم هفته آخر و آلزایمر هفته آخر شد و در گروه سالم هفته آخر بیشتر از شم و آلزایمر هفته آخر گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: تجویز تری‌متیل‌تین احتمالاً در پدیده مرگ نورونی انتخابی و مسیرهای آپوپتوز میتوکندریایی در اختلالات نورودژنراتیو مشارکت دارد و مصرف مکمل ژل رویال ممکن است بتواند به عنوان یک راهکار مهار کننده در روند مسیر داخلی آپوپتوز و تقویت عملکرد عصبی و بازسازی نورون‌ها در مدل حاضر به کار برده شود.           Armaghane-danesh, Yasuj University of                                                                                   Original Article <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <div>1056</div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <div>1056</div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Medical Sciences Journal (YUMSJ)     The Effect of Eight Weeks of Royal Jelly Consumption on Some of Apoptotic Indicators in Trimethyltin-Induced Alzheimer's Mice      Azimpour M, Fathi M*, Dezfulian O   Department of Physical Education, Lorestan University, Khorramabad, Iran   Received: 05 Sep 2020         Accepted: 10 Oct 2020   Abstract:   Background & aim: Given that Royal Jelly contains compounds that have beneficial effects on the central nervous system and neural functions, therefore, the aim of this study was to determine and evaluate the effect of Royal Jelly consumption on apoptotic indices in trimethyltin model of Alzheimer's disease.   Methods: In the present experimental study conducted in fall of 2018, 32 male Sprague-Dawley rats were included in the study. Twenty-four of them were induced by Alzheimer's induction by trimethyltin. The rats were then randomly divided into four groups: healthy last week, victim control last week, sham and royal jelly. The expression of P53, BAX, BCL-2 genes were measured by Real Time PCR technique. Data analysis was performed by Manova test and post hoc Scheffe at the significant level P<0.05 using SPSS software version 20.   Results: The findings of the present study indicated that the dependent variable P53 in the last week Alzheimer's group was more than the healthy groups in the last week and gel. Moreover, the dependent variable P53 in the sham group was more than the healthy groups in the last week and the gel. In the healthy group, the last week was less than sham and Alzheimer's last week.
