fa افسردگی زمینه‌ای و عوامل مرتبط با آن در رانندگان خودروهای سواری مراجعه کننده به مرکز ترومای یاسوج Underlying Depression and Related Factors in Riding-Car Drivers at Yasuj Trauma Center بهداشت حرفه ای Occupational Health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: خطاهای انسانی که می‌تواند ناشی از فاکتورهایی از قبیل شرایط روحی و شخصیتی باشد، مهم‌ترین عوامل ایجاد کننده زیان‌های جبران ناپذیر جانی و مالی در حوادث رانندگی است. افسردگی یکی از شایع‌ترین و پیچیده‌ترین مسایل پزشکی و اجتماعی است و در صورت عدم درمان به موقع، توانمندی‌های فرد را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و بررسی شیوع افسردگی زمینه‌ای و عوامل مرتبط با آن در رانندگان خودروهای سواری با یک حادثه تصادف، مرکز ترومای یاسوج بود.   روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی‌ـ تحلیلی، از نوع مقطعی می‌باشد که بر روی 195راننده با رانندگی منجر به تصادف در نیمه اول سال 1397 در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی صورت پذیرفت. اطلاعات دموگرافیک افراد به وسیله پرسشنامه و میزان افسردگی به وسیله پرسشنامه بک جمع‌آوری شد. <a name="_Hlk42710381">این پرسشنامه به طور متوسط 10 دقیقه زمان برای پر کردن لازم داشت. پرسشنامه به وسیله یک پزشک که آشنا به مصاحبه بود انجام شد. </a><a name="_Hlk42710073">وجود و شدت افسردگی براساس این پرسشنامه سنجیده شد و بر اساس نمره کسب شده از آزمون بک در دسته افسردگی خیلی خفیف یا نرمال(نمره 1 تا 10)، خفیف(11 تا 16)، مرزی و نیاز به مشاوره(17 تا 20)، متوسط یا به نسبت افسرده(21 تا 30)، افسردگی شدید(31 تا 40) و بیش از حد شدید(41 تا 63) قرار گرفتند. </a>بر اساس نوع داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده از آزمون‌های آماری تی تست، کولموگرف‌ ـ اسمیرینوف، اسپیرمن، من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس، مجذور کا یا تست دقیق فیشر برای تجزیه و تحلیل استفاده شد.   یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین سنی رانندگان 6/37 سال بود. 36/55 درصد افراد مورد مطالعه متاهل، 67/46 درصد دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی، 33/89 درصد افراد مورد مطالعه دارای وضعیت رضایت اقتصادی معمولی و پایین و بیش از 60 درصد آنان رضایت شغلی نداشتند. میانگین نمره افسردگی بر اساس پرسشنامه بک 16 بود و تنها در 28 درصد رانندگان فاقد افسردگی و سالم بودند و حدود 36/14 درصدموارد دارای فرهنگ مصرف الکل بودند.   نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد شیوع افسردگی در رانندگان شهر یاسوج بالا بود، از 9 عامل مورد بررسی فقط چهار عامل مصرف سیگار، مصرف الکل، وضعیت اقتصادی و رضایت شغلی همبستگی معنی‌داری با افسردگی نشان دادند. بر خلاف اعتقاد و فرهنگ عمومی‌ جامعه به عدم مصرف الکل، مصرف در میان راننده های دارای تصادف شیوع بالا داشت.      Background & aim: Human errors, which can be caused by factors such as mental and personality conditions, are the most important factors causing irreparable loss of life and property in traffic accidents. Depression is one of the most common and complex medical and social issues, and if left untreated, it can affect a person's abilities. The aim of this study was to determine and investigate the prevalence of background depression and related factors in drivers of passenger cars with an accident, Trauma Center.   Methods:The present study was a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study of 195 drivers with a car accident in the first half of 2018 at Shahid Beheshti Hospital. Demographic information was collected by a questionnaire and depression was collected by a Beck questionnaire. The questionnaire took an average of 10 minutes to complete. The questionnaire was conducted by a physician who was familiar with the interview. The presence and severity of depression were measured based on this questionnaire and based on the score obtained from the Beck test in the category of very mild or normal depression (grades 1 to 10), mild (11 to 16), borderline and need for counseling (17 to 20), moderate or they were depressed (21 to 30), severely depressed (31 to 40) and overly depressed (41 to 63). Version 3.6.1 R software was used to analyze the data. Based on the type of data collected, statistical tests were used for student analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirinov, Spearman, Mann Whitney, Croscale Wallis, Fisher's meta-analysis or accurate test for analysis.   Results: The results indicated that the average age of drivers was 37.6 years. 55.36% of the study population were married, 46.67% had a university degree, 89.33% of the study population had a normal and low level of economic satisfaction and more than 60% of them did not have job satisfaction. The average depression score was based on the Beck 16 questionnaire, and only 28% of drivers were depressed and healthy, and about 14.36 percent had an alcohol consumption culture.   Conclusion: The results of the present study indicated that the prevalence of depression in drivers in Yasuj was high, out of 9 factors studied, only four factors of smoking, alcohol consumption, economic status and job satisfaction showed a significant correlation between depression and depression.
