fa طراحی پرسشنامه جهت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دوران بارداری Designing a Questionnaire for Prenatal Health Care مدیریت بهداشتی Health Management پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: از انجام این پژوهش طراحی پرسشنامه جهت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دوران بارداری می‌باشد تا با طراحی ابزاری استاندارد، در راستای سنجش و ارتقاء مراقبت‌های دوران بارداری گام‌هایی اساسی برداشه شود. کاهش میزان مرگ و میر مادران بارداری نیاز به اعمال مدیریت گسترده در ابعاد مختلف مراقبتی در مراحل مختلف بارداری دارد، لذا موضوع مورد مطالعه با هدف طراحی پرسشنامه مدیریتی مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دوران بارداری انجام گرفته است.   روش پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر با روش توصیفی _ تطبیقی انجام شده است. برای تحقق مطالعه تطبیقی از بین کشورهای پیشرو به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، بر اساس جمعیت و موجود بودن اطلاعات در دسترس سه کشور(ایران، ژاپن و انگلستان) انتخاب شد. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق رجوع به سایت رسمی، مجلات علمی، کتاب‌ها و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی جمع‌آوری و ابعاد و شاخص‌های تأثیرگذار بر مدیریت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی شناسایی و با نظرسنجی با متخصصان دسته‌بندی شد. در ادامه با اعمال نظر متخصصان و صاحب نظران پرسشنامه اولیه تدوین و مجدداً به تأیید خبرگان رسید. پرسشنامه نهایی به تصادف بین 420 نفر از مدیران شبکه و کارشناسان بهداشت توزیع و تکمیل گردید. داده‌های حاصل از مطالعه میدانی با استفاده از روش‌های آماری (تحلیل عاملی تأییدی) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.   یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه پایایی معرف‌ها، پایایی مرکب مدل مفهومی‌اولیه، روایی همگرای مدل و روایی افتراقی مورد تأیید می‌باشد که شاخص‌های پرسشنامه طراحی شده شامل محتوایی بسته ارایه مراقبت‌ها که 15 سوال را شامل بوده است؛ منابع انسانی مراقبت‌ها 8 سوال، تجهیزات و تدارکات 5 سوال، سیستم آمار و اطلاعات 3 سوال، منابع مالی 5 سوال و مدیریت ارایه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی 17 سوال که پایایی معرف‌ها بر اساس بار عامل بالاتر از 7/0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.    نتیجه‌گیری: طراحی پرسشنامه و به کارگیری آن جهت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دوران بارداری، می‌تواند دیدگاه مدیران استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد را بر سازه‌هایی متمرکز کند که در جهت ارتقاء مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دوران باردای مؤثر باشد و باعث بهبود کمی و کیفی مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دوران بارداری شود.   Background & aim: The purpose of this study was to design a questionnaire for prenatal health care in order to step through the design of a standard tool for measuring and promoting prenatal care. Reducing maternal mortality rates requires extensive management of various aspects of care during different stages of pregnancy. Therefore, the aim of this study was to design a management questionnaire for prenatal care.   Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was carried out to accomplish a comparative study among the advanced countries; therefore, a simple random sampling method based on the population and availability of information available to the three countries (Iran, Japan, and the United Kingdom) was selected. Required data were collected through referrals to official sites, scientific journals, books and databases, and identified the dimensions and indicators that affect health care management and were ranked by experts. Subsequently, with the opinion of specialists and experts, the initial questionnaire was prepared and reassessed by experts. The final questionnaire was distributed to 420 network administrators, randomly assigned to health experts.
