fa طراحی الگویی بهینه برای توسعه مراکز سلامت محله ای شهر یاسوج مدیریت بهداشتی Health Management پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;"> سلامت یکی از ارزش‌ها و نیازهای اساسی هر انسان و حقی پذیرفته شده در مکاتب الهی و اسناد بین‌المللی هم‌چون اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، حقوق بشر اسلامی‌و بیانیه سازمان جهانی بهداشت است. حفظ و ارتقای سلامت، مسؤولیتی فردی، اجتماعی، سازمانی و حاکمیتی است و یکی از پیش شرط‌های تحقق توسعه پایدار به شمار می‌رود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و طراحی الگویی بهینه برای توسعه مراکز سلامت محله‌ای شهر یاسوج بود.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">روش بررسی</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">:</span></span></span> <span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">این یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی می‌باشد که در سال .1398در شهر یاسوج انجام شد، </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل‌ کلیه مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر یاسوج به تعداد ۹۰۰ نفر&nbsp; بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">‌</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">گیری تصادفی ساده بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 200 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و پرسشنامه مورد نظر را تکمیل کردند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی تست و رگرسیون، مجذورکای و کروسکال‌والیس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 5pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">‌</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">یافته‌‌ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;"> طبق نتایج به دست آمده در راستای طراحی مدل متغیرهای پرستار، ماما و نگرش مردم تأثیر معنی‌داری بر متغیر بهداشت محیط داشتند. هم‌چنین متغیرهای بهداشت محیط، پرستار، ماما تأیثر معنی‌داری بر متغیر تغذیه داشتند و متغیرهای سلامت روان و بهداشت محیط تأثیر معنی‌داری بر متغیر تغذیه داشتند(05/0</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">p<</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">)، سایر متغیرهای مستقل دارای تأثیر معنی‌داری بر آن نبودند (05/0<</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">p</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">). هم‌چنین نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه عمیق نگاه مسئولین نسبت به وضعیت فعلی مراکز سلامت عموماً ضعیف و متوسط ارزیابی گردیده است و در رابطه با وضعیت مطلوب در خصوص مراکز سلامت محله‌ای عموماً اعتقاد بر این بود که اگر مردم محله مشارکت بیشتری داشته باشند، مراکز از حالت ضعیف و متوسط می‌توانند به سطوح بالاتر ارتقا یابند.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;"> این مقاله سعی بر آن دارد تا ضمن مشخص نمودن جایگاه و نقش سلامت روان در فرآیند مراکز سلامت محله و هم‌چنین از آن در ارتقاء کیفیت بهینه‌سازی مراکز سلامت استفاده کرده و از این طریق ابزار قدرتمندی &nbsp;برای کاهش مشکلات مراکز سلامت محله ای شود.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Yagut;"><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;</span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background & aim: </strong>Health is one of the basic values ​​and needs of every human being and a right accepted in the divine schools and international documents, as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Islamic Human Rights and the Universal Declaration of Health. Maintaining and promoting health is an individual, social, organizational and governmental responsibility and is one of the preconditions for achieving sustainable development. The aim of this study was to determine and design an optimal model for the development of health centers in the neighborhoods of Yasuj.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was an analytical-analytical study conducted in Yasuj in 2019. The statistical population of this study included all patients referred to health centers affiliated to Yasuj University of Medical Sciences with 900 people using the sampling method. A simple accident based on Morgan&#39;s table, 200 of them were selected as a statistical sample by simple random method and completed the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test and regression coefficients, vasodilators and croscalovalis using statistical tests.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the results obtained in order to design the model of nurses, midwives and people&#39;s attitudes, they had a significant effect on environmental health variables. Moreover, the variables of environmental health, nursing, midwifery had a significant effect on the nutritional variable and the variables of mental health and environmental health had a significant effect on the nutritional variable (p <0.05), other independent variables did not have a significant effect (0.05).
