fa تأثیر فراکسیون اتری عصاره الکلی و آبی بذرگیاه شوید بر هورمون‌های جنسی و تغییرات هیستومورفومتریک دستگاه تناسلی موش صحرایی ماده تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات قبلی مؤید تأثیر عصاره تام الکلی و آبی بذر گیاه شوید بر دستگاه تناسلی موش صحرایی ماده بود. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر فراکسیون اتری عصاره الکلی و آبی بذر گیاه شوید بر هورمون‌های جنسی و تغییرات هیستومورفومتریک دستگاه تناسلی این موش بود. روش‌ بررسی: این مطالعه تجربی بر روی 35 سر موش صحرایی ماده که در فاز استروس قرار داشتند، انجام شد. حیوانات به 5 گروه مساوی؛ شاهد، دریافت کننده دوز پایین و بالای فراکسیون اتری عصاره ی آبی 5/0 و5 گرم بر کیلو‌گرم و دوز پایین و بالای فراکسیون اتری عصاره الکلی045/0و 45/0 گرم بر کیلو‌گرم تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های آزمایش روزانه 1 میلی لیتر از دوزهای مذکور و گروه شاهد 1 میلی‌لیتر آب مقطر را به صورت خوراکی به مدت 10 روز دریافت کردند. در پایان آزمایش، موش‌هایی که در فاز استروس قرار داشتند، بیهوش و پس از خون گیری از آئورت پشتی تشریح شدند. تخمدان‌ها و رحم خارج شده و مقاطع بافتی تهیه شده با رنگ آمیزی هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین و تری کروم ماسون جهت مورفومتری در سطح میکروسکوپ نوری رنگ‌آمیزی شدند. میزان پروژسترون و استرادیول سرم به روش رادیوایمونواسی و الایزا اندازه‌گیری شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: سطح سرمی پروژسترون و استرادیول گروه‌های آزمایش با گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند(05/0<p)، اما ضخامت اندومتر و میومتر رحم کاهش معنی‌داری در گروه دوز بالای فراکسیون اتری عصاره آبی نشان داد(05/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: تجویز خوراکی فراکسیون اتری عصاره آبی و الکلی بذر گیاه شوید قادر به ایجاد تغییرات هورمونی نبوده، بنابراین در بقیه متغیرهای وابسته به هورمون نیز تغییری صورت نگرفت. واژه‌های کلیدی: بذر گیاه شوید، استروژن، پروژسترون، فراکسیون اتری، دستگاه تناسلی Abstract Background & aim: Previous research confirmed the effects of ethanol and aqueous seed extracts on female reproductive system. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of alcohol extract of ether and aqueous fractions of dill seed histomorphometric changes in sex hormones and the reproductive system of female rats. Materials & Methods: The present experimental study was conducted on 35 female rats that were in estrus phase. Rats were divided into 5 groups, the control, low dose and high-ether fraction of aqueous extract 0.5 and 5 g/kg and fractions with high and low doses of alcohol0 .045 and 0.45 g/ kg respectively. The experimental group received 1 ml of mentioned dose and the control group received 1 ml distilled water daily for a period of 10 days. At the end of the experiment, the rats in the estrus phase were anesthetized and blood samples were taken from the dorsal aorta for more investigations. Ovaries and uterus tissue sections were prepared and stained with hematoxylin - eosin and Masson tri-chrome for morphometry by light microscopy. Levels of progesterone and estradiol levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and ELISA. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Results: Serum levels of progesterone and estradiol groups showed no significant difference between the experimental and the control group (P>0.05). In addition, the endometrial and myometrial thickness of uterus statistically decreased in high dose of etheric fraction of the aqueous extract (P<0.05). Conclusion: Oral administration of ether fraction of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of plant seeds will not be able to hormonal changes, as well as the other hormone-related variables.
