fa پردازش و آزمون مدل کیفیت زندگی در خانواده‌های دارای فرزند کم توان ذهنی آموزش بهداشت Educational health پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>کودکان کم توان ذهنی نیازمند مراقبتهای بیشتری در مراحل زندگی هستند که خانواده نقش مهمی در کیفیت آن دارد، اما نتایج مطالعات حاکی از سطوح پائین کیفیت زندگی این کودکان و خانواده‌های آنان است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش کیفیت زندگی در مادران دارای دختر کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر با انگیزه ارایه یک مدل به منظور سنجش کیفیت زندگی و شناخت مولفه‌های مؤثر بر آن طراحی شده است و سعی برآن شده تا توصیف مفهوم کیفیت زندگی خانواده معلول و شاخص‌های تأثیرگذار بر آن، نحوه ارتباط این شاخص‌ها و نحوه سنجش آنها درخانواده دارای فرزند کم توان ذهنی بررسی شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> روش تحقیق حاضر روش توصیفی تحلیلی است. حجم نمونه شامل 75 نفر از مادران دارای دختر کم‌توان ذهنی که از طریق نمونه‌گیری سر شماری در این مطالعه شرکت کرده‌اند. با بررسی ادبیات پژوهشی و متون مرتبط با کیفیت زندگی معیارهای مورد نظر استخراج گردید و اطلاعات مطالعه به دنبال کسب رضایت آگاهانه از شرکت کنندگان و به کمک پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد جمع‌آوری شد و با استفاده از تکنیک‌های تحلیلی همبستگی، همبستگی تک متغیره، تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک وتحلیل مسیر معادلات ساختاری &nbsp;مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج مبین این مطلب است که عملکرد خانواده(تعامل خانوادگی،والدگری، سلامت روانی وجسمی)، قابلیت‌های مادر(تاب‌آوری و پرخاشگری)، باورهای شخصی کیفیت زندگی خانواده دارای فرزند معلول را تحت تأثیر خود قرار می‌دهد. باورهای شخصی تعیین کننده مهمی‌در کیفیت زندگی است.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بر اساس نتایج الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری و شاخصهای مربوطه می توان استدلال نمود که مدل ارائه شده بر اساس داده های تجربی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود و به صورتی مطلوب با مدل مفهومی انطباق دارد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p><p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><b><span style="font-family:;"><font size="2"><font color="#000000">Background<span dir="RTL"> </span></font></font><font color="#000000" size="2">& aim</font></span></b><font size="2"><font color="#000000"><span style="font-family:;">: </span><span style="font-family:;">Mentally retarded children need more care on quality of life, therefore the family plays an important role, but the results indicate low levels of quality of life for these children and their families. The present study aimed to measure the quality of life in mothers of educable mentally retarded daughter motivated provide a model to measure quality of life and understanding of issues affecting the design.
