fa مروری بر آسم آلرژیک با تاکید بر مایت های گرد وغبار منازل و ساپروفیت های قارچی A review of allergic asthma with emphasis on house dust mite and saprophytic fungi انگل شناسی Parasitology مروری Review Article زمینه و هدف:امروزه بجهت تغیرات در سبک زندگی و آلودگی های زیست محیطی  بیماریهای آلرژیک نظیر <a href="http://allergycomnet.ir/3737/%20" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline">آسم</a> آلرژیک و یا <a href="http://allergycomnet.ir/3729/" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline">رینیت آلرژیک</a> رو به افزایش است. آسم آلرژیک  اختلال مزمن التهابی طولانی مدت مجاری تنفسی است که تمام سنین را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. با وجود راه کارهای درمانی مناسب، آسم آلرژیک (Allergic Asthma)  در صورت عدم کنترل  می تواند منجر به مرگ شود . این پژوهش با هدف بررسی انواع آلرژن های موثر در آسم آلرژیک با تاکید بر مایت های گردغبار منازل و قارچهای ساپروفیت انجام شد. روش بررسی:این تحقیق یک مطالعه مروری بود.بر اساس کلمات کلیدی شامل ؛ آلرژی ، آسم آلرژیک ، آلرژن ، مایت گردغبارمنازل،قارچهای ساپروفیت در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی علمی  و موتور جستجوی ودانلود صورت گرفت.با توجه به عنوان و هدف پژوهش مهمترین منابع انتخاب و بررسی گردید.   یافته ها: مایت های گردغبار منازل و قارچهای ساپروفیت  به عنوان یکی از شایع ترین عوامل ایجاد کننده آسم آلرژیک در انسان مطرح هستند.  چون بالاترین درصد آلرژن در بیماران آسم آلرژیک مربوط به مایت های گردغیارمنازل حدود 88 درصد و قارچهای ساپروفیت حدود 83 درصد بوده است. بطور کلی آلرژن های داخلی یا فضای بسته شامل مایت های گرد و غبار منازل ، سوسریها ، شوره حیوانات خانگی ، قارچهای ساپروفیت یا کپک ها و آلرژن های خارجی یا بیرون منازل شامل گرده علف های هرز ، چمن ها و درختان می باشند. شناسایی توزیع جغرافیایی و فصلی آلرژن ها  ، کمک شایانی در تشخیص و درمان بیماریهای آلرژیک می کند و امکان شرایط ایمنوتراپی را فراهم کرده و هزینه های درمان را کاهش می دهد. نتیجه گیری: با کاهش رطوبت به کمتر از 50 درصد ، شستشوی ملخفه ها با آب داغ ، استفاده روکش ضد مایت تشک و بالش ، تهویه و نور کافی در منازل ، حذف قارچهای ساپروفیت  و ایمنوتراپی اختصاصی علیه مایت ها می توان از بیماری آسم آلرژیک پیشگیری کرد و دوری از آلرژن ها در محل زندگی ارجح تر از درمان های رایج است.   Background and Objective: Today, due to changes in lifestyle and environmental pollution, allergic diseases such as allergic asthma or allergic rhinitis are on the rise. Allergic asthma is a chronic, long-term inflammatory disorder of the respiratory tract that affects all ages. Despite appropriate treatment options, allergic asthma can lead to death if left uncontrolled. This study aimed to investigate the types of allergens effective in allergic asthma, with an emphasis on house dust mites and saprophytic fungi.  Methods: This research was a review study. Based on the keywords including; allergy, allergic asthma, allergen, house dust mites, saprophytic fungi, it was conducted in scientific databases and search engines. The most important sources were selected and reviewed according to the title and purpose of the study. Findings: House dust mites and saprophytic fungi are considered as one of the most common causes of allergic asthma in humans. Because the highest percentage of allergens in allergic asthma patients was related to house dust mites, about 88%, and saprophytic fungi, about 83%. In general, indoor or closed space allergens include house dust mites, cockroaches, pet dander, saprophytic fungi or molds, and outdoor or outdoor allergens include weed, grass, and tree pollen. Identifying the geographical and seasonal distribution of allergens is of great help in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases, and provides the possibility of immunotherapy conditions and reduces treatment costs.
