fa استفاده از الگوی پرسیدـ پروسید در نیازسنجی آموزشی برای پیشگیری از تب مالت در مناطق روستایی اصفهان Using the Precede-Proceed Model in Needs Assessment for the Prevention of Brucellosis in Rural Areas of Isfahan, Iran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: تب مالت ِیکِی از مشکلات سلامت در اکثر نقاط جهان و از شاِیع‌ترِین بِیمارِی‌هاِی مشترک در بین انسان و دام است. هدف این مطالعه  نیازسنجی آموزشی جهت تعیین عوامل مؤثر و اولویت‌بندی مداخلات به منظور پیشگیری از تب مالت با  استفاده از الگوی پرسید ـ پروسید در مناطق روستایی اصفهان در سال 1394 بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی (نیاز سنجی به روش دلفی ) می‌باشد که بر روی تعداد 402 نفر از افراد بالای 15 در مناطق روستایی شهرستان تیران و کرون استان اصفهان در 20 روستا از مجموع 44 روستای شهرستان، به صورت انتخاب تصادفی  انجام شده است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه و چک لیست محقق ساخته بر اساس سازه الگوی پرسید پروسید بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به وسیله متخصصین و صاحب نظران و اجرای پایلوت مورد تائید قرار گرفته است. داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از تکنیک های  توافق سنجی و با  استفاده از آزمون‌های کای دو و تی  تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: این مطالعه نشان داد که آگاهی افراد  مورد مطالعه در زمینه امکان انتقال بیماری تب مالت از طریق پوست و تنفس گرد و غبار آلوده به میکروب تب مالت و هم‌چنین لزوم استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی در زمان تماس با دام مناسب نمی‌باشد. افزایش دسترسی دامداران به خدمات دامپزشکی و واکسیناسیون دام ها در مناطق روستایی و کمک در ایجاد محل‌های نگهداری دام خارج از مناطق مسکونی روستاها و انتقال دام‌ها به خارج از مناطق روستایی از خواسته‌های جمعیت مورد مطالعه است. این مطالعه نشان داد که بین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد افراد مورد مطالعه  با تحصیلات آنها ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد(0.05p<)، هم‌چنین بین عوامل قادر کننده،تقویت کننده و مهارت و عملکرد افراد در پیشگیری از تب مالت و داشتن دام ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده شد(0.05p<). نتیجه‌گیری :انجام نیازسنجی قبل از اجرای هرگونه مداخله در زمینه پیشگیری از بیماری تب مالت می‌تواند به پژوهشگران، برنامه‌ریزان و سیاستگزاران کمک نماید تا در طراحی و اجرای مداخلات و هم‌چنین تهیه مواد آموزشی وضعیت و اولویت‌های تأثیرگذار در کنترل و پیشگیری، بیماری را مد نظر قرار داده و  به صورت هدفمند عمل نمایند که هزینه فایده و تأثیر بیشتر را در بر خواهد داشت.   Background & aim: Brucellosis is considered as a significant health threat worldwide. The disease has been reported in more than a half-million people each year in 100 countries, according to the World Health Organization. This study aimed to determine the predictive factors of a needs assessment and prioritization of interventions to prevent brucellosis using the Precede - Proceed Model in Isfahan rural areas in 2015.   Methods: The present cross-sectional study (needs assessment by Delphi method) was conducted on 402 people aged 15 years and older in 20 villages of 44 villages which were randomly selected in the rural Regions of Tiran and Karvan county of Isfahan Province. The data were collected through questionnaires and a Self-made checklist based on the Precede-Proceed Model which its content and face validity was approved by experts and pilot projects. Data collected by the survey techniques agreement using chi-square and t tests were analyzed by the use of SPSS version 18 software.   Results:This study indicated that the subjects' awareness of the possibility of transmission of brucellosis by skin, breathing contaminated dust, the use of personal protective devices at the time of contact with animals were not appropriate. Increasing the access to veterinary services and vaccination of livestock herders in rural areas and helping in creating storage areas for livestock backcountry villages and moving the livestock to rural areas outside was one of the demands of the population. The present study revealed that between knowledge, attitude and performance of the participants with their educational level was a significant association (p≤0.05).
